Dubai, United Arab Emirates – RAKBANK has reached a significant milestone with the successful completion of its inaugural Additional Tier 1 (AT1) capital issuance, raising USD 300 million. These perpetual securities come with a no-call period of six years (PerpNC6) and offer a coupon rate of 6.625%.
The issuance was met with robust investor demand, enabling the Bank to tighten pricing by 37.5 basis points. This strong market reception reflects growing investor confidence in RAKBANK’s financial resilience, strategic direction, and future growth potential.
