Abu Dhabi, UAE – June 2025 – In a major leap forward for the region’s digital infrastructure, Khazna Data Centers, a global leader in hyperscale digital solutions, has announced a strategic collaboration with NVIDIA to build cutting-edge AI factories across the Middle East and Africa (MEA).
This partnership is aligned with the rapidly growing demand for AI infrastructure and reflects the UAE’s commitment to becoming a global hub for AI-driven innovation.
Strengthening UAE–US Tech Collaboration
The announcement comes on the heels of U.S. President Donald Trump’s visit to the UAE and the unveiling of a 5GW UAE-US AI campus, highlighting the strengthening ties between the UAE and U.S. technology leaders. This collaboration between Khazna and NVIDIA represents a tangible outcome of those ties, focusing on scalable, GPU-powered infrastructure essential for the future of AI.
Next-Generation Infrastructure Powered by NVIDIA
Through this collaboration, NVIDIA has certified the design of Khazna’s next-gen facilities to support the new NVIDIA Blackwell architecture. Future Khazna data halls will be NVIDIA-ready by default, enabling enterprises to run GPU-accelerated workloads seamlessly—from generative AI and machine learning to data analytics and simulation.
Khazna will design data halls with capacities of up to 50MW, forming AI clusters as large as 250MW. Many of these will be located within the upcoming UAE-US AI campus, placing the UAE among the most advanced AI infrastructure hubs in the world.
Global Expansion at Unprecedented Scale
While continuing its leadership in the UAE, Khazna is also scaling its operations across the globe. With an ambitious plan to achieve 1GW of total capacity, Khazna is expanding into strategic markets including France, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Türkiye, and Kenya—reinforcing its position as one of the fastest-growing hyperscale data center operators globally.
